Overview
A³ is a full go-to-market launch for an AI automation agency serving Arizona service businesses. The project covered everything from brand identity and website development to local SEO, search-engine registration, and outbound prospecting infrastructure, taking the business from zero to live and generating inbound traffic in under 60 days. It was my first venture into building my own scalable business.
What I built
The website (Next.js on Vercel)
A high-performance marketing site built with Next.js 14, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, deployed on Vercel with automatic CI/CD from GitHub.
- Key pages: conversion-optimized homepage, 8 industry-specific landing pages (HVAC, Plumbing, Landscaping, Roofing, Dental & Medical, Real Estate, Auto Repair, and a custom "Your Business" page), Process & Pricing, Results, Our Story, Blog, Book a Call, Contact, Privacy, and Terms.
- Conversion features: AI-powered Voiceflow chatbot, Calendly booking, click-to-call tracking, CTA conversion events into GA4, and a Stripe payment portal for client billing.
- Stack: Next.js 14, React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Lucide, Sanity CMS, Stripe, Resend, Vercel.
SEO & structured data
Full technical SEO: JSON-LD schemas (LocalBusiness, Organization, FAQPage), dynamic sitemap and robots.txt, canonical URL management, and Open Graph / Twitter Card metadata with custom social share images on every page.
- Blog: 5 AEO-optimized posts targeting long-tail keywords like "How Much Does an AI Receptionist Cost?" and "The 7 Best AI Tools for HVAC and Plumbing", designed to capture answer-engine traffic from Google AI Overviews and featured snippets.
Google Business Profile
Claimed, verified, and fully optimized, correct NAP data, 10+ service categories, Phoenix-metro service areas, posts calendar, and photo strategy for local-pack ranking.
Search engine registration
Google Search Console (DNS TXT verification) and Bing Webmaster / Bing Places configured. GA4 live across all pages with event tracking for clicks, forms, CTAs, and bookings.
Brand assets
Custom logo across header, footer, favicon, Apple Touch Icon, and a 1200×630 OG share image, consistent brand in tabs and shared links.
Outbound infrastructure
Apollo.io prospecting pipeline for ICP-to-lead workflows, with Salesforce and Outreach integrations for CRM and sequence management.
